BIRTLE RIDING CENTRE IS LOOKING FOR A RELIABLE EXPERIENCED YARD GROOM TO JOIN OUR TEAM AT OUR BUSY WELL RUN LIVERY YARD. ITS A PHYSICALLY DEMANDING, HANDS ON ROLE AND WOULD SUIT SOMEONE WHO IS HARDWORKING AND GENUINELY EXPERIENCED WITH HORSES. Duties include mucking out and general yard duties,turning out and bringing in,feeding and watering. We are looking for 4 days a week 8am to 4pm. After 8 years with us one of our staff is moving on to work in the nhs so we have a part time vacancy to fill. Experience is needed as we have 30 horses of all types on full livery. If you are hard working and can work in a team, dedicated to horses, contact us! The job entails mucking out,sweeping,grooming,feeding,turning out,etc, maintaining a tidy yard. Full livery available at Birtle riding centre conveniently located between Bury and Rochdale covering the day to day care of your horse leaving you more time to enjoy your horse in a relaxed environment. We have exc hacking and as we are an ex riding school we are particularly experienced in helping children with ponies that may need extra support. We offer a standard package for everyth you and your horse needs on a daily basis. We are also able to offer additional services such as schooling, holiday livery and rehabilitation livery.

BIRTLE RIDING CENTRE is looking for an experienced person to work part time. We have 30 horses on full livery so it’s the usual yard duties including mucking out, haying up, feeding, sweeping, grooming, turning horses out etc. Our horses range from 11h to 17.2 but probably the naughtiest are the two smallest !!
