Delays happen ! What would you do if your flight got cancelled or delayed or you were stuck in heavy traffic and couldn’t get to us during our opening times ?

Always have an emergency contact ready to be your plan B

We are fully booked there’s nothing we can do. Please do not expect us to just wait for you to pick your cat up I’m sorry to be blunt but it’s happening too much already and it’s only the start of the holiday season

With only 17 double spacious suites available at any particular point, early booking is recommended to avoid disappointment. For those families with more than two cats or for those spoilt kitties that demand more space, we have the ability to convert suites into interconnecting quadruple suites.

☠️ 🪦 out of hours viewings 🪦 ☠️

We will no longer be doing out of hour viewings - we have had far too many not show up after requesting out of hours .

I sacrificed a day out with family today for nothing

I’ve reorganised my whole weekends before for nothing

I’ve paid staff to work extra hours to wait and show you around - for nothing

We are a fully booked Cattery with a waiting list we didn’t need to do the out of hour viewings we did it to help you out

So no more out of hours viewings

(Viewings !! Not check in and outs so don’t panic if you have them already pre booked )

Spring is coming ! 🌷 you guys are clearly holiday shopping !!! So a few tips from us

🌷 You can check availability and book online

🌻 make sure you check travel times and our opening times we can’t do out of hours when fully booked

🌺 make sure all vaccinations are up to date

🌹 make sure your passport is in date

🌷 don’t lock your partner in with the cat and run off on holiday we can’t keep them I’m afraid
