If you cannot get to us in our opening times make sure you have someone on standby to pick your cats up and that you liaise with them - this is not our responsibility and it’s happening way to often it’s stress no one wants so please use common sense or book for the day after travelling back

Just because we live here doesn’t mean you can just ignore our opening hours

CHECK INS AND CHECK OUTS ! PLEASE READ

Can we please limit the number of family members that come with you , 2 people maximum (little kiddos don’t count )

I know it’s a little sad saying bye but please get the family to do it at home

I had 15 people turn up for 4 check ins - that’s a fire hazard , and most likely a fine somewhere in there for us too !
