This month, we are looking back at what we have achieved during 2024. As part of our commitment to providing exceptional care to all of our patients, we are accredited by the International Society of Feline Medicine (ISFM) as a Cat-Friendly Clinic at the Silver Level. 🐱

In 2024, our ISFM advocates, RVNs Jade Lee and Sarah Snape, have worked hard to make sure we are re-accredited. This involves having a separate cat waiting room, using feline-friendly stress-free handling techniques, as well as creating a calming and comfortable cattery environment.
