We are aware of a recent situation that has been discussed on social media, and we want to address it openly with our clients.

Following the incident, we worked directly with the client involved to resolve the matter, including issuing a full refund and reviewing our processes. We recognise that there were aspects we could have handled better, and we are taking clear steps to improve our systems, communication, and policies as a result.

Important Update

We've recently updated our Terms & Conditions to include a clause relating to dogs displaying aggressive behaviour.

Over the coming days, we'll be sending the updated Terms & Conditions to all clients with future bookings and asking that a new contract form be completed. This ensures we have a record of your agreement and gives everyone a good opportunity to review and update their pet's details so our records remain current.

As many of you know, we pride ourselves on being patient, understanding, and committed to giving every dog the best possible care. We always take every precaution to keep all dogs in our care safe and happy. However, there are occasions when we must prioritise the safety and wellbeing of ourselves and our dogs.

Adding this clause wasn't a decision we took lightly, as we firmly believe in giving dogs every chance to succeed. Unfortunately, a recent incident has highlighted the need for us to make our position clear and ensure expectations are understood by everyone.
