Meet Rachel, one of our new pet carers covering BS9 and surrounding areas:
"Hello, I'm Rachel a dedicated and lifelong animal lover based in Bristol. My passion for pets began in childhood, leading to a home filled with a variety of furry companions, from stray cats to retired sheepdogs from my uncle's farm - all of which I persuaded my parents to let me adopt! This early experience provided me with a comprehensive understanding of the diverse needs of animals including pets such as dogs, cats, rabbits and gerbils.
For me, caring for animals is more than just a job - it's a genuine pleasure. I love building a connection with each animal and learning their unique personalities. I'm delighted to be part of the Friends for Pets team here in Bristol. I understand that your pets are family, so I will always treat them with the same love, attention and care I've always given my own. Whether it's ensuring an enjoyable walk or providing attentive care in their familiar home environment, my priority is always their happiness and your peace of mind"
