Its me Holly 👋😊👣
HPS story....
I have been studying and working with animals since I left school completing my Btec in Animal Management at Cannington college and then a BSc Honors Degree in Animal Science and Management at Oxford Brookes university. I then worked in canine hydrotherapy centres, veterinary practices, dog daycares and animal rescue centres before starting my own pet sitting and walking business 10+ years ago.

I am now a certified dog trainer and love the advice and help I can give for many different varieties of animal friends. Not just doggies! Small holdings, reptiles, amphibians, fishies, insects rodents and rabbits too!
Animal husbandry, behaviour and psychology are my passion. Helping people with skills to provide the correct care and training for there furries, feathers or scalies is my world!

Countryside walks, river dwelling, forest hikes, secure daycare/dog training field and well trained dog loving staff members all ensure your floofs best interest and individual needs are truly met with love, experience, knowledge and quite often professional advice when ever you need 📞🐶🩵😊

Our training area is a beautiful field in the Somerset countryside that offers a secure, high fenced, sheltered, safe and fun environment to build a successful training relationship between you and your furry bestie.

Often dogs will mouthe to communicate. Eg "get off me, I don't like that, stop patting my head" etc. This image is good to help young ones know where to pet. Everyone is drawn to the head. Stay away from the head. Shoulders and chest is more neutral.

This gorgeous Trio really love their daycare adventures! 💙🐾🐶🐶🐶🐾💙
Lexi (black n white larger female) and Luther (blonde male) started way back in 2019 and have been really loving additions to the HPS family. Then along came Lola pup whos been coming since a little pup and grown with us into a beautiful young adult and a super playful little ball of cuteness. We love having you guys in our HPS family and so does all your fury friends at daycare

We'd like to introduce Emily our newest HPS employee!
She has been making new fury besties every week and so very welcome in our HPS family. You will be seeing more of Emily and we'd like to let you know she's a FdSc in Animal Behaviour, Welfare and Conservation, Pet First aid trained, fully insured with HPS and DBS checked 💙🐶
She has animals of her own and volunteers at the Somerset and Dorset animal rescue centre 🐶🐱💚

Holly pet services provides true care for your animals. Nothing short of a loving and compassionate service! Our group walkies provide exercise, socialisation, companionship and basic training, what ever your animal needs is HPS top priority, and we aim to create a service individually catered to every animals and owners needs . The story behind Hollys Pet Services is 9 years of education and experience in a veterinary practice (veterinary nurse training) to dog handling and canine hydrotherapy. Along with extensive research into behaviour of domestic animals during completion of a BSc (Honors) Degree in Applied Animal Management. HPS is a fully insured and Canine first aid trained staffed business.
