Essential Dog Services (est 2012) is based in Brislington in Bristol, also serving St Annes, Broomhill and other nearby surrounding areas. Essential Dog Services offers group dog walks with an experienced dog walker and pet food deliveries of many popular brands. It's run by me, Mary Hanham and it's all about making sure your dog has fun, exercise, enjoys socialising with other dogs and plenty of

cuddles. All walks are with other dogs they have been suitably matched with and are in rural locations. They aren't let off lead until well away from roads and carparks. I constantly monitor the dogs for any health or behaviour issues which I will discuss with the owners. Mums and dads are given regular feedback on what their dogs have been up to, which can include photos and video, to help put their minds at rest that each and every dog is happy and well cared for. Today this spaniel joined us. Owner a spec in the distance 🤷🏼‍♀️ He didn't know what my 3 dogs were like, old, nervous, timid, aggressive (he probably couldn't see if any were on lead initially). He never once called his dog just stared at his phone, just didn't care what his dog was doing. Luckily this time no harm done. We walk in quiet areas or change direction away from others to avoid any unwanted interactions but have to accept this inconsiderate dog handling and then probably get the blame if things did kick off. 😞
