We rescue and re-home rabbits in Bristol, UK. Please check this page and our website for animals that need new homes. Please consider adopting rather than buying from a shop or breeder. The rescue is based in Patchway, Bristol and we have many foster carers who look after the rabbits in the

ir own homes. This means that our bunnies are socialised, correctly sexed, checked for illnesses and assessed for behaviour and habits. Every time a pet is fostered, another animal in need can take its place. We also offer a bonding service and provide grooming days with all profits going back into the rescue. The UK is experiencing the worst rabbit rescue crisis ever. Rescue centres are struggling to cope with the number of rabbits currently being abandoned, mistreated or surrendered. And with the current legislation, this will continue to be the case.

Unlicenced rabbit breeders can have multiple litters to sell on for profit, that they can’t guarantee good homes for.
The ongoing lack of effective legislation continues to result in too many rabbit breeders having no licence, inspection, or standards.

Meet Atlas! πŸ°πŸ’š

Atlas is a wonderfully sweet and gentle rabbit with a lovely, calm nature. He absolutely adores head rubs and will happily hop over to greet you, especially if there are treats involved! Food is definitely one of the ways to his heart, and he is always excited to see his favourite herbs and snacks. Once he has said hello, Atlas is more than happy to sit beside you and enjoy some gentle strokes and attention.

Atlas is a very well-behaved little bunny who enjoys a peaceful lifestyle. He loves spending time in his hides and tunnels, where he can relax and feel safe, and he is equally content sitting quietly and watching the world go by.

His easy-going personality makes him a delightful companion, and he has a wonderfully affectionate side that shines through once he gets to know you.

Sadly, Atlas's early history is unknown. He was found as a stray and taken to local veterinary practice, so we cannot be certain of his age. Despite this uncertain start in life, he has remained a happy and trusting rabbit. Atlas has had his incisor teeth removed, but this does not slow him down at all, he happily munches away on his food just like any other bunny and takes great enjoyment from his meals and treats.

Atlas is an all-round lovely little chap with a gentle temperament and plenty of charm. He is looking for a loving home where he can continue to enjoy all his favourite things: tasty treats, cosy hideaways, plenty of fuss, and a family to call his own.
