R A N T A L E R T I N C O M I N G……..

I’ve had numerous clients arriving late to their appointments the past couple of weeks.
The appointment you are given is for your dog and your dog alone. I work to a schedule and on a 1 to 1 basis and I leave a small gap between dogs to allow clean up, toilet breaks etc. When you are late it has an impact on my whole day.

Please arrive in plenty time for your appointment so that you have time to toilet your dog across the road BEFORE entering.
Your appointment will not begin until your dog has been toileted & if you’re already running late then having to wait until you do this will eat into your groom appointment as I am no longer willing to allow it have an effect on my next client &/or me.

I’ve had a few dogs lately, toilet in my groom room. When this happens I have to take dog off the table, clean/sanitise things and often re-bath the dog. This is not acceptable as all this takes more time than it would to toilet your dog prior to entering.
❌PLEASE ENSURE YOUR DOG IS TOILETED BEFORE ENTERING❌
