🐾 Does your squishy-faced friend struggle to breathe easily?🐾

Flat faced breeds like French Bulldogs, Pugs and Bulldogs can suffer from BOAS (Brachycephalic Obstructive Airway Syndrome) - a condition that makes breathing more difficult.

Signs include snoring, noisy breathing, getting tired quickly or struggling in warm weather🌞

⭐ Flystrike Awareness ⭐

Flystrike is a serious and potentially life-threatening condition that can affect rabbits, especially during the warmer months. ☀️🐰

Flies are attracted to damp, dirty fur and can lay eggs that hatch into maggots within hours, causing severe pain and damage.

To help protect your rabbit:
🐾 Check their bottom daily
🐾 Keep their living area clean and dry
🐾 Ensure they maintain a healthy weight and diet
🐾 Use preventative treatments where recommended

🦷 Did You Know? 🦷

By the age of 3 years old, most dogs and cats will show signs of dental disease.

Dental disease doesn't just cause bad breath – it can lead to:
🐾 Pain and discomfort
🐾 Red or bleeding gums
🐾 Difficulty eating
🐾 Tooth loss
🐾 Infection

The tricky part is that our pets are very good at hiding dental pain, so the signs can often go unnoticed.

Regular dental checks and good dental care at home can help keep your pet's mouth healthy and comfortable. 💙

⭐Dental X-rays⭐
Did you know that not all dental problems can be spotted just by looking in your pet's mouth?

🔎These X-rays let us:
✅ See the whole tooth - including the roots and surrounding bone
✅Detect hidden problems like tooth resorption, retained roots, abscesses and bone loss
✅Treat issues before they become painful or serious

❗For example, conditions like feline tooth resorption (which affects over 50% of cats about age 3!) or peridontal disease are often invisible without dental x-rays.
