Please, please, please arrive promptly for your appointment start AND agreed collection times ⏰

Whilst I have been largely flexible until recently, I am now often back-to-back with bookings and lateness (yes, even 5-10 minutes) can impact the days scheduling which leads to frustration and upset for other clients; not to mention your session potentially being cancelled/incomplete as I will not rush to complete a groom. Rushing causes unnecessary stress and this is when potential accidents can happen. Safety and wellbeing is always a forefront priority 🌟

I understand that last minute life challenges do pop up that can impact your schedule and I will do all I can to support but please keep in mind that lateness may see your session rescheduled and charged accordingly in line with our T&C’s 📃

I took her appointment this morning at her pace with a couple of breaks thrown in and a little rest time 🤍

A lovely warm and refreshing hydrobath, clip, scissor style, nails did and finishing spritz. She was an absolute star from start to finish 🌟

Hi All,

Exciting news!

Due to a swift change in circumstances and high demand from my gorgeous clients, I am now opening my books, taking on new clients and on a full time basis 😃

Working days are now - Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and every other Saturday morning 🫧

I am offering full grooming appointments, in between tidy-ups, ultrasonic teeth cleaning and individual bolt-ons (nails, ear cleaning etc.) 🛁

All appointments are 1:1 with me in my garden grooming studio and in a gorgeous, calm and safe setting only using the very best products on the market 🌟

Yesterday I met the beautiful labradoodle pups that are Bonnie and Biscuit as they begin their introduction to regular grooming ♥️

Utterly gorgeous, bundles of fun and pleasure to be around 🤩
•
•
I cannot stress enough how important it is to introduce puppies to grooming as soon as possible as this will be a lifelong commitment for both dog and owner 🌟
•
•
We took yesterday nice and slow as to not overwhelm them. We want grooming to be a largely positive experience, not a negative one - this is of most importance. Lots of playtime with the introduction of grooming equipment, sounds, smells, stimulations and of course, me 🫶🏽
•
•

They took to it absolutely brilliantly -

• Biscuit was a little timid but with patience, play and break times she began to come round to the idea and grew quickly in her confidence ⭐️

• Bonnie wasn’t phased at all, even in the slightest and enjoyed her 1:1 me time. She still had playtime and breaks for garden strolls and chicken curiosities 🤣

All good fun and looking forward to seeing them again soon as we build their confidence and move through their grooming experience ♥️

Rufus is a Cairn Terrier X French Bulldog and has been coming to me for a little now for a good bath and handstrip. Very nervous at first but we work together and very much at his pace - patience with nervy dogs is key. He’s now coming round to the idea that grooming isn’t so bad and actually somewhat enjoyable 🌟
