โ๏ธ๐พ A reminder during this hot weather ๐พโ๏ธ
Your pet's safety always comes first.
If you don't feel it's safe or comfortable to bring your pet to their appointment in the heat, please give us a call.
We are happy to discuss your appointment and rearrange it where appropriate.
To help keep your pets safe:
๐ง Provide plenty of fresh, cool water
๐ก Keep them in shaded, well-ventilated areas
๐ถ Walk dogs during the cooler parts of the day
๐ฅ Avoid hot pavements that can burn paws
๐ Never leave pets in a car
Please keep an eye out for signs of heatstroke, including excessive panting, drooling, lethargy, vomiting, or collapse.
Don't forget our smaller pets too.. Rabbits, guinea pigs, rats and hamsters can all struggle in the heat and may need some extra help staying cool ๐ฐ๐น
If you are concerned about your pet, contact us straight away.
Stay safe, stay cool, and give your pets a little extra TLC from us! โค๏ธ๐พ
