🐾 Merlin’s feeling much better! 🐱

Merlin recently came in to see us after showing some lameness, so we took some x-rays to investigate what was going on.

He’s now on medication and we’re happy to say he’s doing much better and back to feeling more like himself 💙

🐾 Puppy visit for Flo! 🐶

Gorgeous little Flo came in to see us for her vaccination, and we’re happy to report she was given a clean bill of health 💙

She was an absolute star during her visit and took everything in her stride — lots of cuddles were definitely deserved afterwards!

Flo is pictured here with our lovely receptionist Gemma, who was more than happy to help with the important job of puppy cuddles 🥰

We can’t wait to see Flo again as she grows — what a sweetheart! 🐾

🐾 Eddie’s recovery with a creative twist! ⚽

Eddie the Border Terrier recently came in to Mojo for his castration, and we’re pleased to say everything went smoothly 💙

Like many dogs, Eddie found his surgical site a little too interesting overnight and started licking it… but his owner came up with a brilliant temporary solution! Being a football coach, they cleverly fashioned a protective collar out of a training cone to keep Eddie safe until they could pop in and collect a proper one from us the next morning 👏

Safe to say, problem solved — and we love the quick thinking!

Eddie has now fully healed and is pictured here with Quentin, looking very pleased with himself 🐶

Well done Eddie (and owner!) for a great recovery 🙌

Tilly’s Road to Recovery 🐾

Tilly the lovely dog recently came to see us after rupturing her cruciate ligament — a painful injury that can really affect mobility and quality of life.

She underwent TPLO surgery with our team (a procedure that stabilises the knee by changing the angle of the shin bone rather than replacing the ligament) to help get her back on the road to recovery. We’re happy to report that her post-op X-rays are looking great, showing good healing, and even better… Tilly is already walking well on her leg! 🐾

With a little more rest and rehabilitation, it won’t be long before she’s back to her normal exercise — pain free and enjoying life again.

Here are our opening hours over the Easter period:

📅 Thursday 2nd April – Open as usual (9am–7pm)
❌ Friday 3rd April – Closed
❌ Saturday 4th April – Closed
❌ Sunday 5th April – Closed (as usual)
❌ Monday 6th April – Closed

📅 From Tuesday 7th April onwards – Open as usual (weekday hours 9am–7pm)

For any emergencies while we are closed, cover will be provided by Vets Now Eastbourne 🐾

We’ve been absolutely spoiled by all the lovely clients who have brought in sweet treats for the team recently – it really does mean so much to us 💙

Agata and Cat were more than happy to show off just some of the goodies we’ve received (and yes… they’ve been thoroughly enjoyed! 😄)
