Louie 🐾

Louie is a really friendly boy who absolutely loves other dogs… perhaps a little too much! 😅

Whenever he spotted another dog, all he wanted to do was rush over to say hello and play. This often meant pulling, barking and crying in excitement, with mum becoming completely irrelevant in that moment.

We started working on building focus and engagement, teaching Louie that staying connected and listening to mum can be just as rewarding as greeting other dogs.

Today was our second session, and the area was much busier than we expected, with plenty of people, cyclists and dogs around.

Louie was amazing! 🌟 He stayed engaged, listened beautifully, and even calmly greeted three dogs before happily disengaging and returning his focus to mum.

A fantastic session and a great step forward for this lovely boy. Well done, Louie and mum! 👏🐶💕

🐾 Week 2 of our Training Block Classes 🐾

Another fantastic week of learning and progression for both our adult dogs and puppies!

⭐ Adult Dogs
• Level 1 & Level 2 skills development
• Engaged loose lead walking with turns
• Send away to mat – building distance and confidence
• Door manners and impulse control
• Leave it progression work
• Fetch & Drop – teaching how to play, drop, and keep the game fun
• Fly-Fly around an object for focus and body awareness

🐶 Puppies
• Polite meet & greets
• Confidence building with new and unusual items
• Understanding canine body language and communication
• Continuing to build value and enthusiasm for the recall cue

It’s wonderful to see the progress being made each week. Keep up the great work everyone – we can’t wait to see what Week 3 brings! 🐾✨

WOW! What a busy week! 🐾

It’s Week 1 of a brand-new block of training classes, and what a fantastic start we’ve had!

We’ve welcomed back previous puppy clients for our Level Up Your Skills classes, alongside new dogs and owners beginning their Level 1 journey. We also had our Level 1 graduates moving on to Level 2, building on the skills they’ve already achieved.

One of the best parts of training is watching dogs and their owners learn together, gain confidence, and have fun along the way. 🐶💚

We also started a new puppy class, introducing our youngest learners to new environments, sights, sounds, scents, other dogs, and new people. These early experiences are so important in helping puppies grow into confident, well-rounded companions.

A huge well done to all our dogs and their humans this week—we can’t wait to see everyone’s progress over the coming weeks! ✨🤩

Week 6/6 done and what a journey it’s been already! 🐾

So proud of all our puppies, dogs and handlers in both Puppy Class and Level Up Your Skills. Every week we’ve seen growing confidence, better focus, stronger handler skills, and so much progression from every team.

From building puppy confidence and learning the basics, to sharpening communication and teamwork, everyone has worked incredibly hard — and it’s showing! 👏🐶

Training isn’t just about cues and skills; it’s about building trust, confidence, and a great relationship between dogs and their humans.
Huge well done to all our owners for putting in the time, patience, and consistency each week.

We can’t wait to see what the next few weeks bring! 💜

Week 5 of our training classes.

At our ‘Level up your skills’ classes we worked on our profession of Door manners, Leave it, Hand Touch, Chin Rest, loose lead engagement with automatic sits and a recall through distractions.
And Congratulations to one of our Levels dogs-
🥇Alfie passed his Level 1 🥇🤩

In our Puppy class we worked on our Loose lead engagement, Leave it, how to keep four paws on the floor, an intro to a pattern game, a send away and Down on a mat with distractions.
Huge progression for everyone’s handler skills and puppy engagement and a growth in confidence for our Otto 🥰
