How honoured we were to be part of little Hectors Pawrents special day!!💍💒

Hector was one of our verrrrry first pooches and means a lot to us 🥰 He has been a Mucky Pup since he was 12 weeks old so it was only right we provided our “Best Dog” Wedding service for his lovely Mum & Dad!! 👰🏼‍♀️♥️🤵🏼

What a beautiful day and how lovely it was to see Hectors little eyes light up when Mum & Dad walked down the aisles 😍 we wish you all the very best for your happy future together!!👫🐶

✏️🗒️ ✏️BEFORE CONTACTING US…… ✏️🗒️✏️

Before contacting us please note the following requirements and criteria:

🐾 We require a minimum of two months notice before your holiday dates. This is due to us needing to carry out trials and assessments to ensure your dog is suitable to join in with our regulars. As we have pre-booked services a minimum of 2-3 months in advance we cannot assist with any new bookings under this time frame. We also need to go through contracts, paperwork, terms & conditions and ensure all vaccinations have been carried out 2 weeks prior to coming to us. So please ensure your query notice is a minimum of three months.
🐾 All dogs must be up to date with vaccinations INCLUDING kennel cough. This is mandatory and is part of our licensing conditions.
🐾 Males over 14 months must be neutered. We will not accept any intact males over this age.
🐾 All dogs MUST be friendly and well socialised. As the dogs play closely together and board in our home, they must get along with our own dog and others in our care. Therefore solo boards are not feasible.
🐾 We only provide home boarding to customers who attend daycare with us. If your dog does not attend regular daycare with us unfortunately we cannot assist with your query as we do not carry out sporadic or one off boards.
🐾 We only provide Daycare & Home Boarding services. The dogs in our daycare are walked and exercised together as part of our daycare routine at certain times, which means we cannot provide “Walk only” services nor any form of solo walking.

Due to our high demand and continued level of enquiries Mucky Pups Pet Care is expanding!!🤗😁

We have Finally sourced land (after 18 months of searching…..) to expand our doggy daycare even BIGGER!!!! 🐾🐶🎾🌾🌳⚽️🦴🥏🐾
It has taken us a year to source, complete the legal bits and bobs, organise deliveries/materials and the building work itself all around normal daycare & boarding.🤯😴🫨
BUT it has been completely worth all the blood sweat and tears, as we have done EVERYTHING 200% by the book AND to the highest of standards👌 (nothing but the best for our MP pooches!!😘🙌🏻🐶🩷💙

We have:
FULL planning permission✅
Licensed by central Bedfordshire council ✅
Fully insured (you can’t be licensed without valid insurance!) ✅
DBS checked ✅
First aid trained ✅

We have been granted a 4 STAR license by CBC which we are absolutely thrilled with!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
a year of hard graft most certainly has paid off for us!!☺️
Our 5 STAR Home Boarding license and facility remain at our home premises.

It was our Mucky Pups Home Boarding license renewal inspection a couple of weeks ago and I’m VERY proud to say we have been issued another 5 Star license for the next three years!!💁🏼‍♀️

🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️🤩

ALOT of time, effort and hard work goes into home boarding the doggies. You have to have puppy plans, senior dog plans, boisterous dog plans, risk assessments, exercise regimes, feeding regimes, cleaning regimes, isolation plans and facilities, daily documentation and record keeping, medical treatments, health checks/vaccination details - just to name a few as the list is endless!! 🤯

BUT, it’s all worth it and I’m really proud my level of care, ideas and thorough processess have been appreciated and recognised again by the council ☺️

Needless to say I’m super duper happy that we smashed our home boarding inspection once again 🙌🏻 😌

🦴🦴 Please always remember to send your pooch to a fully licensed insured daycare/Home boarder only!! A legitimate dog business has no problem sharing their license, public liability and insurance information with you, therefore never feel you are not entitled to ask for these details. A Well run business will only ever have your dogs care and well-being as their top priority and will always ensure these are in place 🦴🦴

How Mucky Pups have been keeping cool this week……☀️☀️

🧊🚰 Iced water to keep all the doggies bowls nice and fresh

🌱🐾🐾 Early morning group field sessions (without toys!!) Lots of sniffing and mental stimulation as an alternative to keep the doggies temperatures down 👌

💦🫧 Paddling pools in the garden

🧺 Cooling Mats

🏠❄️ and an Air conditioned home

We managed just fine 🙌🏻👌
We kept the doggies cool AND happy, win win😎
