I don’t normally make these sort of posts as I refuse to lower myself to imbecile level!! However, I felt this one was absolutely necessary for the lovely gentleman I unfortunately encountered earlier this morning. When I say lovely gentleman, I mean complete moron!!! Yes, I proudly called out my business name for you to check up on us as you walked off after insulting me. So here you go — this one’s for you, know-it-all……read away!!
Why on earth you felt the need to insult not only me but my professionalism TWICE while walking past me, I do not know. You don’t know me have never seen me or my dogs before yet you had the audacity to imply I was unregistered and illegally walking too many dogs, stating the limit is five.
I mean, I’m guessing you know far more than I do… I’m only a fully licensed, qualified, insured, well known local professional business, right?!🤷🏼♀️
I politely corrected you and advised the limit is SIX and yet you continued to challenge and talk over me, thinking you know best. When I asked if you would like to see my legal documentation to clarify the legal number of dogs to be walked in central beds, what a surprise that you chose to cowardly walk away while muttering under your breath rather than take a look at the documentation I was willing to show you.
All you proved is that you are happy to spout off negative abuse at people but are completely unwilling to acknowledge that your assumption is, in fact, incorrect!! Perhaps before you set out to deliberately target people going about their day and doing their job, read the local authorities fricking legislation first!! I do wonder whether you would have braved your comments to a male walking six dogs……🤔 probably not!!
For your reference, Central Bedfordshire permits the walking of SIX dogs under the appropriate licensing and insurance legislation — both of which I hold!! TWO licenses in fact!! One for my doggy daycare premises and one for my home boarding. I take great pride in running a responsible business and adhering to all legal requirements. That includes cleaning up after EVERY dog in my care — as evidenced by the bags I was carrying (8 poos for 6 dogs!!).
Funnily enough, I didn’t see you pick up or carry any bags after your dogs… 🤔 hmm and I’m the irresponsible one….
Perhaps you may want to take a closer look at the idiots that are actually breaching their so-called insurances and legal requirements, not us legitimate ones who actually give a damn about the dogs we walk and care for and our business’!!
Some areas are five dogs, yes (i.e. Cornwall, Northampton, and some Sussex areas) some are even four. However, when I tried to explain this to you and provide you with factual evidence, you still continued to argue with me and try to belittle me rather than accept that someone knows more than you do and is actually responsible and fully clued up in their profession!! An area you evidently are not!!
For further clarity — AGAIN — as I’m guessing your ears were blocked this morning when you turned your back on me, but hopefully your eyes aren’t. I’ve also dumbed it down for your ignorant, uneducated little brain and posted LEGAL CORRECT PROOF for you to mull over when you’re probably weighing up your next victim. ENJOY!! 👍🏻☕️
I am ALWAYS professional and I conduct my work responsibly and lawfully at all times whilst considering other people and animals at ALL times. Before questioning my compliance and the number of dogs I was RESPONSIBLY AND LEGALLY ALLOWED to walk, I would respectfully suggest ensuring that your information is accurate before you decide to insult a woman going about her day walking calm controlled dogs doing a good job!!
You clearly didn’t notice — because you were too busy on your high horse judging!! But my SIX incredibly well-behaved dogs wanted to say you’re most welcome for them ALL sitting beautifully and waiting ever so patiently for you and your dogs to pass by. TWICE they did this for you and not once did you thank us!!
Their behaviour and temperaments reflect the consistent training, structure, and professionalism I bring to my work and their manners are by far greater than yours ever will be!!! 👌

I hope that in future, you approach people and situations with facts rather than assumptions, and with courtesy and kindness if you wanted clarification rather than incorrect judgement and nasty confrontation. You might think you know everything because you own a dog…..YOU ABSOLUTELY DO NOT!!

Until then, I suggest directing your concerns and stupid comments to those genuinely acting irresponsibly, rather than those of us who are operating within the law — because believe me, there are plenty of them out there!! 😒

To the other lovely people and their dogs we met and talked to on the walk who kindly said what a lovely bunch of well-behaved, controlled dogs I had — thank you so much, it means the world 🙏🏻🫶🏻 It’s nice to feel appreciated and admired especially when you have just been verbally attacked. And yes, we certainly do have lovely, well-behaved, social dogs in our care ☺️ who I’m EXTREMELY proud to look after and call MY MUCKY PUPS!! I wouldn’t be without them!!♥️♥️
For all the responsible, lawful, licensed/insured dog professionals out there… keep going guys!! We’re in the toughest months of our jobs and we don’t need or deserve abuse from clueless morons when we’re out there doing a bloody good job!! 💪🏻
