Due to some unexpected family circumstances, I’ll be taking some time away from work to care for my dad following his discharge from hospital.

I unfortunately can’t give an exact date for my return, but I’m expecting to be away for around 1–2 weeks. Everything has happened very suddenly, so for now I’m taking things day by day and focusing on getting my dad home and back to himself.

I’ll be cancelling appointments from tomorrow and will contact everyone booked in over the next couple of weeks directly. We can either reschedule your appointment or arrange your groom with Yaz or Ellie.

I completely understand this may be frustrating, especially for those who have been waiting for an appointment, and I’m so sorry for any inconvenience. 🤍

Yaz and Ellie share the same passion and love for dogs that I do, and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to care for your dogs unless I truly trusted them. I know they’ll give your dogs the same love, care and attention they’re used to.

If you’d like to be booked in with either of them, please contact them directly and they’ll get you sorted. Alternatively, you’re welcome to wait for an appointment with me, but I can’t give an exact date just yet.

I really hope you can understand that, at the moment, my family has to be my main priority. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness and understanding. 🤍

If anyone is struggling to book an appointment with me, please contact Yazmin McDonough , as she currently has some availability. We will also be going through work messages together tomorrow.

I don’t really want to have to make a post explaining my personal circumstances, but my dad is currently unwell, and unfortunately this has meant that over the past week and this week, some appointments have had to be rescheduled and messages may not have been replied to as quickly as they normally would be.

I completely understand that waiting for a reply or having an appointment rearranged can be frustrating, but I would really appreciate some patience and understanding at the moment. I’ve had a few people become frustrated or rude towards me because of the delays, and I felt it was only fair to explain the situation.

Thank you so much to everyone who has been understanding and supportive. I really do appreciate your patience while I deal with things at home.

At the moment, my family has to come first, and I hope you can understand that.

I’m back from holiday and am currently working my way through messages, I’ve already had a few appointments needing to rearrange due to the weather and I completely understand the welfare of our dogs come first, our shop is air conditioned but can still get warm with the dryers in this heat so anyone needing to rearrange please don’t feel bad. Also please don’t be walking your dogs into the shop and try to use cars with air conditioning.🤍🐾

I will be on holiday from Thursday so anyone looking to book in during this time please contact pawsome adventures or Bonnie’s Bubbles as the girls will be working.
Yasmine will have my work phone and be responding to messages although she will not be booking anything in for myself so anyone who’s needing an appointment with me would have to book now or I’ll get back to all enquiries from the 27th🤍
