Had the pleasure if grooming the lovely Mylo this week.
I haven’t seen in for a while so I enjoyed getting him back into shape 💚
Still a few areas to grow but I think he looks very handsome 🥰

Polite notice to all customers…
I’ve had A LOT of people lately arriving early to their appointments.
I usually start my appointments from 9:15am as this is generally the time I arrive, but almost everyday lately my customer has already been, dropped the dog off and gone before I’ve made it to the salon, meaning you’re very early.
Some may think this is helpful and don’t get me wrong sometimes it can be if I’m running ahead, but more often than not it’s affecting my day. Not just in a morning but throughout the day to.
When working with animals it’s not always easy to stop what I’m doing to serve a customer, especially if I’m not ready/expecting you yet. Then it’s often someone else that has to serve you, meaning other staff members are being affected too.
I honestly don’t mean to be rude! I always appreciate my customers but please try to be more puncual.
