Just a gentle reminder to ensure things run as smoothly as possible, provide a distraction free environment for your pets and maintain the privacy of our home...
There are a few rules in place so PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY - THIS APPLIES TO EVERYONE !
The groom room is situated within our home...
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON A LEAD. We have cats!
Please ensure your dog has had every opportunity to go to the toilet beforehand & pick up any mess immediately. If you're stuck without poo bags, I have some. Please just ask.
Please do not arrive at the time of your appointment and start taking them off for a walk down the lane, leaving me waiting for you to come back. Please aim to arrive 5 mins early so that you are ready for your appointment.
ARRIVING BY CAR - Please park up outside and WAIT IN YOUR CAR for me to come out to you. This will ensure you don't unnecessarily cross paths with other clients dogs, thus reducing the risk of excessive barking/fighting etc (out of consideration for my neighbours!) This is very important!
Please be careful not to block anyone's driveway. Do not park on our driveway.
ARRIVING ON FOOT - Please wait on the driveway for me to greet you. I will obviously be expecting you so please, be patient. This will help me to see you on cctv.
DO NOT START WANDERING AROUND THE GARDENS - THIS IS A PRIVATE HOME.
Our neighbours have a side window adjacent to one path. THIS IS OUT OF BOUNDS TO CLIENTS in order to respect their privacy.
Please remember this is our home as well as my workshop. ALL VISITS MUST BE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. To reduce the amount of footfall, all appointments are to be made via telephone on 07740 356238.
DO NOT KNOCK ON THE DOOR TO BOOK.
This will ensure that each pet will have my full attention with minimal distractions and appointments to run as on time as possible whilst maintaining the privacy of our home and our neighbours.

Cancellations LESS than 24 working hours - £10 fee.
No shows - 50% of the groom cost. Payable prior to being issued another appointment.
