This is Vader, a Staffie/Ridgeback Cross. He is a lovely lad, but has the high pitched Staffie bark & whine when he gets excited, which was making his owners ears hurt...a bit of advice about how to help with this at home seems to have helped. 😊

Meet the handsome Zeus, a Dogue de Bordeaux/German Shepherd cross. Zeus is a great big softy, but because of his size, he can be a bit scary if he barks at some other dogs...I am working with him & his mum to try & teach him not to be too excited when meeting other dogs on lead...he is a work in progress 😄😍

A lovely message from one of my clients today...

Hello!

I thought I would just message you as it’s been such a long time since we last spoke.

I have attached a picture of Ralph in the back of the car with no dribble/ sickness.

He is doing really well in the car we have managed to get him in the car for about an hour and a half!!
We are hoping to go to Wales with him next year!

Thank you for your work you did with us when he was a puppy, it has truly paid off

The advice given by Mandy was very constructive and easy to achieve. It was simple to understand as neither me or my partner had come across a dog not liking the car before. Mandy broke this down for us and talked though multiple things that could be causing the anxiousness around the car and how we can go about correcting them.
With very few simple steps we have finally managed to get our german Shepard in the car and move it off the drive and go for a small drive. This is brilliant as we always wanted a dog to travel with us!

Overall I am so impressed with the way that Mandy helped us through this journey, that she has continually been there for advice and support. Couldn’t thank you enough!

This is Ralph, an 18 month old GSD, who has been suffering with severe anxiety & motion sickness. I went to assist Ralph's owners, and formulated a behavioural modification programme for him. His owners have now put this plan into action, and hopefully he is well on his way to being able to travel in their car.

I recently received this message from his owners...

"Hi Amanda,

I have attached a little photo for you of Ralph in the car. Today we managed to get the boot closed we are making a lot of progress with the car!

We keep you updated through out, and thank you so much for the advice and help we will soon be contacting the vets about sickness travel tablets to get us ready for the next step when ever he is ready.
