PAYMENTS💳
At the salon payments can be made via cash, card or bank transfer. If choosing bank transfer, please ensure payment is made before you collect your dog - I have had to chase 5 payments in just one week.
PICK UP/DROP OFF🕰️
Please ensure you adhere to pick up and drop off times. If you are early, please take a look around Bybrook Barn or text me, I may be ready or with my previous client. After 15 minutes late to arriving to your appointment, I will not have time to complete the service, the full cost of appointment will still be payable. When collecting your dog, please adhere to your pick up time, the salon has strict open/close times due to trading hours and personal reasons. A £10 payable late pick up fee will be required for every 10 minutes late.
CANCELLATIONS/NO SHOWS❌
I understand life happens but please be aware that late cancellations and no shows have a huge impact on small businesses. No work = No wage. A 72 hour notice is required to cancel your appointment, without this a 50% cancellation fee will be charged. With less than 24 hours notice, the full cost of appointment applies. No shows require full payment made before any other appointments can be booked.
