It is with a very heavy heart that I stopped doing hands on appointments this weekend, until further notice. It has been a very hard decision to make, but I believe it's the right decision.
In light of the fast developments of the virus, and despite the increased hygiene safety measures I have put in place, the close proximity of my work does not support the guidelines laid down by the government, nor my own satisfaction in helping to keep the wider community safe and preventing an NHS overwhelm.
However (and this is the good news), I have put in place measures for online video consultations, for both humans and animals. This may seem strange for an osteopath to offer by way of treatment, but many ailments can still be helped with the right guidance, advice and care.
Many of my clients have in the past sent me videos of themselves, their horse or dog between appointments for advise and follow up so this would be an extension of that.
There will be a significantly reduced fee for these full-length services to reflect the missing hands-on element of a more typical treatment session. Please feel free to contact me for more details. Tel: 07703 323532
The online sessions will include (but are not limited to) any combination of the following: movement assessment, guided self-examination, guided self-treatment, exercise programme, nutritional advice, stress-relieving techniques.
I will do all I can within my capacity to help you and your animals feel well during these rather tricky times, so please do stay connected to us by following the clinic's page: https://www.facebook.com/eboydosteopath/?ref=bookmarks
Wishing you and your families health and a safe journey through these difficult times. You do not have to worry that you or your animal will be left in pain, I am still here to help and support you.
Thank you to all my amazing clients. x
