Baileys Horse Feeds Aquaide 2kg

This week we’re highlighting Aqua-Aide — an advanced electrolyte supplement designed to support all working horses.

🐴 Ideal for:
✔ Horses who sweat during training or competition
✔ Horses that don’t self-supplement from salt licks
✔ Performance horses needing additional muscle support
✔ Horses travelling, competing, or working in hot conditions

When horses sweat, they lose vital fluids and electrolytes which can lead to dehydration, fatigue, reduced performance, muscle cramping and tying up. Maintaining electrolyte balance is essential for optimum health and performance.

Aqua-Aide contains key electrolytes including sodium chloride, potassium chloride and magnesium, along with dextrose for optimum absorption. Its highly palatable formula can be added to water or wet feed, making it easy to administer before, during and after work or competition.

💧 Feeding Recommendations:
• Mix 2 measures (30g) per litre of water
• Offer 1 litre per 20 minutes of sweating time
• Ideally provide within 1 hour after exercise or travel
• Always ensure fresh water is available

For horses reluctant to drink electrolyte water, Aqua-Aide can also be added to wet sloppy feed.

☺️👍great news

Well it would appear that we have started haylage season 2026😅 I'm just going to carry on eating my tea in the garden and be in ignorant bliss for a few more hours😆
This is the first of our ryegrass fields to be cut🚜 It's a good one to start in as it's really close to the haylage barn where we wrap the bales and if there are teething problems with the machinery the workshop is next door🤪
