Guys I just wanted to pop a wee notice for all clients due in over the next week or so, I am currently going through my second round of treatment at the hospital. The same applies as did a few months ago when I went through the first round. I am expecting to be in the hospital this week for a few short notice appts. All rescheduled appointments will be treated with priority to be rebooked ASAP, however please bear with me at this time.

A quick notice for all clients 🐾

Since the salon now faces directly onto the street, dogs are able to see when owners arrive early or park outside. This can make them suddenly excited or jumpy while being groomed, which poses a safety risk when using sharp equipment.

For everyone’s safety, going forward I kindly ask:
• Please avoid arriving early and waiting directly outside the window whether it’s to collect your own dog, or if you are just early for your own appointment in general as I may still have a dog on the table.
•Please avoid knocking on the window
• Do not open the gate unless you have been invited in (I usually keep the gate locked if I am still working on your dog/ another dog so please bare with me at this time, I get a notification from the camera to let me know someone is at the gate)
• Ensure the gate is fully closed behind you at all times


Thank you for your understanding and helping me keep your dogs safe during their groom 💛

Happy Easter from Groomingdales 🐣🤍

Please note that I will be on holiday from tomorrow, 5th April, and will return on Saturday 11th April. I have contacted everyone with a rebooking appointment and would be very grateful if anyone who has not yet confirmed could let me know as soon as possible.

I will not be responding to messages during the time I am away as I will not have access to my diary 🐾☀️
