Veterinary Reception Appreciation Week- Our Incredible Team!
As this week comes to an end, we want to take a moment to recognize the heart of our clinic- our wonderful reception team!
Diane, Jacqui, Kristy and Debbie, have each been a part of this clinic for many, many years, and that kind of dedication is something truly special. You've grown with the practice, built lasting relationships with our clients, and helped create the warm, welcoming, supportive environment we're so proud of today.
Each of you brings your own personality, strengths, and way of connecting with people- and that's what makes this team so special. From being a friendly voice on the phone, a calming presence during stressful moments, or the ability to keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes- you each contribute something invaluable.
And somehow- between ringing phones, packed schedules, last- minute changes, and the occasional "my dog ate what?!" call... you keep everything running smoothly (and keep the rest of us on track too).
Thank you for your years of dedication, your compassion, your patience, and your sense of humor. We truly couldn't do it without you!
