Easiest way to prevent hairballs is simply to brush your cat regularly, especially for long-haired breeds. When you brush out the loose fur, you remove the stuff they’d otherwise swallow during grooming. Less fur ingested = fewer hairballs = a happier cat! Long-haired cats may need daily brushing while short-haired kitties benefit from a few times a week. Want expert tips? Contact us today at 604-739-7111

Meet Bluetarsky! 💙

Bluetarsky was here for a general check-up after being adopted, seeing Dr. Stewart for his visit. We were able to take care of a couple of mats while he was under sedation. And of course, Oakie helped by handing out treats to make the visit as stress-free as possible! 🐈

Meet the sweetest pup, Charlie! 🐾💛

Charlie spent some time with us earlier this month for day boarding. While he was here, he enjoyed staff snuggles and a nice walk. Charlie and his mum were so generous! We were even able to make autologous serum drops for patients who get too stressed for blood collection!

Autologous serum eye drops help heal dry eyes and corneal ulcers. We simply take blood, spin it down, and use the healing serum. How cool is that? 👀💧

Thank you, Charlie! 🐶✨
