Sunrise Equestrian Coaching services is looking for a part time beginner coach.

Sunrise Equestrian Centre has been established since 2022. Our family run farm operating in Trenton, Ontario on over 80 acres, runs a professional yet laid back facility.

Job Requirements
- Reliable
- Safety oriented
- Concussion training
- First aid training
- Proof of teaching horseback riding with strong communication skills

Job Duties
- Provide professional instruction in horseback riding techniques tailored to individual skill levels
- Develop lesson plans that promote safety, skill progression, and enjoyment
- Monitor rider progress and adjust coaching strategies accordingly
- Ensure the safety of riders by enforcing safety protocols and proper handling of horses
- Foster a positive environment that encourages learning, confidence, and respect for animals

We transported one of our guys home from OVC, where the staff provided exceptional care.
It was notable to observe the recognizable image of Brigadier, the Metro Toronto Police horse that lost its life in the line of duty in 2006. This same print hangs on the wall of our boardroom, The Brigadier Boardroom.
Welcome home Tango❤️where you will continue to get better.

Thought to ponder🤔

I always find it interesting what causes livestock, in this case horses, choose their pathway.
Very seldom do they select a straight route to their destination.

Why?
Any thoughts?

They could just go straight but choose to go a little left, a little right, straight for a bit and eventually get to where they are going.
Then, they take that same path forever, only occasionally deviating from it or the odd horse chooses a different path.

As people we also take different paths to our destination or goals in life and sometime life forces us to look at a different path as well as sometimes a different destination.

Do you change willingly or do to face a big challenge if something/someone changes your path or destination?
