💜✨ Introducing IVYSTONE SODALICIOUS ✨💜

Our beautiful purple collar girl is heading to Stirling to live with Doggie Detailing groomer extraordinaire, Melyssa Rodgers !

Her call name will be Soda 🥤💜 and honestly… could there be a more perfect fit?

Soda will hopefully remain part of the Ivystone breeding program and we are incredibly excited to watch her grow and develop as a potential show girl and future breeding prospect.

One of the greatest compliments as a breeder is when talented dog professionals trust you with one of your puppies, and I know Soda is going to be absolutely adored with Melyssa.

Here’s to new beginnings, big dreams, and hopefully a sparkling future in the show ring ✨🐩

Today this sweet girl headed home to Toronto with her groomer Momma, Michelle, and my heart is just so happy for you both.

There is something incredibly special about your first dog of your very own and I know Mokey is going to be loved, cherished, and spoiled beyond measure.

As a fellow groomer, I absolutely love seeing my puppies head off into homes where dogs are not only adored, but truly understood. 💚

Michelle, thank you for trusting me with this journey. I’m so excited for you as this next chapter begins, and I’ll be here to help every step of the way.

Today Gibson begins his next adventure with Kim, and I am so excited for them both!

I absolutely cannot wait to watch the adventures these two have together. From the moment we met, I already felt a connection… maybe it was the sparkly shoes ✨😉

Kim has such a vibrant, fun personality and feels like exactly the kind of cool poodle person who will suit Gibson perfectly.

🐾 Raw Feeding Variety Ideas 🐾

One of the things I love about feeding raw is that meals don’t have to be boring! Adding healthy extras provides enrichment, variety and can make mealtime a whole lot more exciting for your puppy.

Some fun ideas to rotate into the menu include:

🐟 Whole sardines or sliced into tiny little “fillets” smelly, yes… but dogs absolutely LOVE them and they’re incredibly healthy!

🍗 Chicken wing tips , fresh or frozen
🥚 Raw egg yolks or cooked whole eggs
🥛 Goat’s milk or kefir
🥬 Chopped sauerkraut or other fermented foods to support a healthy gut biome
🎃 Pure pumpkin purée (no sugar)

Raw meaty bones and chews can add wonderful enrichment too:

🐔 Chicken necks and chicken feet
🦆 Duck necks and duck feet
🐐 Goat necks
🐇 Rabbit ears and rabbit feet
🥚 Quail eggs

Some other raw feeding favourites:

❤️ Beef heart or chicken hearts
🫀 Green tripe,💚 not for the faint of heart 😂 but packed with goodness and usually a huge hit
🥩 Organ meats like liver in moderation
🦴 Recreational bones for supervised chewing, (preferably not weight-bearing as they can break teeth 🦷 )
🧊Frozen bone broth cubes
🫐 Fresh or frozen blueberries
🥕 Baby carrots and green beans
🍎 Apple slices (no seeds)
🍌 Banana pieces
🥒 Cucumber slices
🥥 Small amounts of unsweetened coconut or coconut oil

The list is honestly kind of endless and that’s what makes raw feeding so much fun! 🐾

As always, introduce new foods slowly, supervise chewing with larger items and remember that balance matters. Variety is wonderful, but every puppy is an individual ❤️
