SINGE’S SECOND CHANCE HAPPENED BECAUSE OF YOU!
Every puppy deserves the chance to grow up safe, loved, and wanted. But before a little life like Singe’s can begin again, there are real costs behind every rescue.
$105 to fly him to safety
$100 for his veterinary check
$200 toward his neuter

Singe is one puppy that's had a happy ending... There are always more waiting for their chance, and every rescue comes with expenses that add up quickly.
That’s why our Riverhouse Rescue 50/50 is so important!

Buy a ticket, take a chance at winning, and help us give more puppies the second chances they deserve.
The bigger the jackpot, the more we can do for the dogs who need us.
You could win half. The puppies win hope.
Get your 50/50 tickets and help us turn more stories of survival into stories of love!

A tragic loss for his family, his friends and the rescue communities 💔

Ryker...
Bouncy, fun loving little guy. He jumps around happy to play with his kitten friend Charlie. He gets along really well with other dogs. He has been exposed to chickens and a guinea pig. He is currently teething and easily forgets everything you are wearing is not a teething toy. Being on leash is not his favourite. He prefers to circle around your ankles as you are walking. He absolutely loves his toys. His favourite place to sleep is snuggled up to our service dog.
If you have a job he would love to do it for you, he is eager to learn, just needs to be taught. He has curly incredibly soft fur. He is almost fully house trained, never had a p**p accident inside. He is always smiling and if not he gives you that cute little head tilt. Adventures!? Well he is your boy. He loves sniffing out tracks, he and foster mama found a big moose track the other day.
Don't let the photos fool you, he's a big boy!!

WE’RE AT $1,445… BUT IMAGINE WHAT WE COULD DO WITH $40,000!

Our 50/50 jackpot has reached $1,445, and we’re dreaming BIG! Not just for the winner, but for the puppies waiting for their second chance at life.

That’s $40,000 in total sales. $20,000 for the winner. And $20,000 to help us say YES to more little lives that desperately need us.

Every puppy we rescue needs food, vet care, vaccines, and sometimes life-saving medical treatment. The need never stops, and neither do we.

But we can't do it alone.

Imagine the difference if everyone who sees this post bought a ticket, shared it with a friend, or helped spread the word. One small action from thousands of people could change everything.

BUY A TICKET. SHARE THIS POST. HELP US REACH $40,000!

Let's make this the jackpot that changes lives!

Halloween goodies might be a treat for us, but they can be dangerous—even deadly—for our furry family members!

Chocolate can be toxic to dogs.
Sugar-free candy may contain xylitol, which can be life-threatening.
Raisins and grapes can cause kidney failure.
Candy wrappers can cause choking or dangerous intestinal blockages.
Candy and treats left within reach can disappear in seconds with a curious pup!

Keep the candy bowls out of reach, remind little trick-or-treaters not to share their goodies, and make sure your dogs enjoy Halloween safely with a dog-friendly treat instead!

If your dog eats something potentially toxic, contact your veterinarian immediately. Don't wait for symptoms to appear.

This beautiful, pregnant mama arrived at her foster home to an excited family, but nobody could have imagined what would happen next. Almost instantly, she went into labour.
Four tiny puppies were stillborn, and with each heartbreaking loss, our rescue cried alongside her foster mom. Then came two healthy little miracles, and we cheered through our tears.

Somewhere in the middle of all those emotions, this foster family fell madly in love with mama. There was simply no way they could let her go!
Now, after two months of raising her babies, mama will officially be adopted by her foster family, as well as one puppy, and the other will be adopted by their sister-in-law. The sweetest part? They'll all live just blocks apart!
From unimaginable heartbreak to a forever family, this is a story none of us will ever forget.
This is rescue. This is love. And this is one beautiful happily ever after.
