We know, we know—it’s only August... technically. But with back-to-school just around the corner, December will be here faster than you can say peppermint mocha! ✨

Speaking of magical things... Natasha is expecting again! 💕 Her little holiday bundle is due December 24th, which means appointments for large breeds in December will be very limited.
As long as everything goes to plan, Natasha’s maternity leave will begin December 20th.

But don’t worry! The dream team—Shannon, Jessica, and Lisa—will be holding down the fort. 💪

I just want to give a quick reminder to everyone.

I have established very strict booking policies to protect my staff, my business and to protect your pets!

We require 48 hours for cancellations, no shows are subject to 100% of the service fee. This does not make me uncompromising nor do I lack compassion. I know life happens, and coming to me to apologetically explaining situations you will see just how compassionate I am.

That being said, we are a small business, if you give us no opportunity to fill the space your pet is taking we don’t get paid! It’s as simple as that.

Poor planning on anyone else’s part does not constitute an emergency on mine. I will not continue to bend over backwards for people who take advantage of my kindness.

More big changes!!

Jessica has officially advanced from assistant to junior groomer! Jessica has worked diligently learning and will now be working along side us doing haircuts. Please be patient as Jessica learns to increase her speed by taking her time and being safe with the dogs she working with! 😊

We are also officially extending our hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays, Natasha and Lisa will be working 8 AM to 8 PM through the coming months, but this does mean weekend appointments will no longer be available!
