It was a busy night last night here apparently. Tis the season! Everybody is getting a little more hungry and therefore a little more brave. For context this area is about 30 feet outside my bedroom window.

This is USUALLY where the rabbit grow outs hang, but in fall we move the hutches into an unused goat paddock for winter and close the gate, because of THESE GUYS who will come along and snack on toes and cause serious damage to my babies 🤬

I learned that lesson only once...never again.

I am NOT sending those out and Facebook has made it so pages are unable to turn them off. I have done a ton of research and there appears no way to turn it off, even with ALL AI options currently turned off for our page 🤦‍♀️

It has just started sending msgs out asking every new follower "thanks for following us, is there anything we can help with?"

Yaaassss!! We made it! Tort AND cream in the imported American French Lop litter. I'm so excited for these babies and can't wait to see how they mature 😍

I never post the cows and I don't know why, LOOK HOW CUTE THEY ARE! 😍

Our red heifer Lola is supposed to be bred for a 2027 baby, just a black Angus beef baby. If it's a heifer we will likely keep her to expand the herd.

Pepe, our speckle park cross steer, is freezer bound 2027 before baby is born. Isn't he a looker though?

This is the kind of horror I'm looking forward to watching with my son on Halloween this year.

We're not trick or treating this year (he's 11), just bought some tasty goodies at Costco and we're gonna do movies all day 🙌🥰

Welp...that's not how today was supposed to go.

Brand new shelter for our cows, brand new fencing and gates. First wind storm.

Thankfully none of our cows were IN the shelter and the goats weren't nearby in their pasture either.

Part of the wall of our brand new barn has also torn off in the wind 😭

Not really who I wanted to walk into the barn and see at 8pm while doing chores 🫠

We both startled each other but I retreated REAL FAST and thankfully he seemed young and fun, he just searched the whole barn a few times then ran out the front door 10 feet from me and off under the sea can 100 feet away...

Deal with that tomorrow I guess lol.
