If you run into me the next few days and I stink...mind ya business!

There's a spider in my shower, so I had to evacuate. Then a spider 4x LARGER fell out of my shorts when I grabbed them to put them on.

The house is condemned. I'm now living outside naked and will have to rinse myself off with the hose occasionally. 🤷‍♀️

Another introduction!

This is Copper Ridge Sierra. I've always wanted a himi Rex and I kept at this opportunity. Sierra has really nice fur, but narrow shoulder and hollowed loin.

Her first litter is about 4 weeks now and they are sooooo little 😂 she's been bred back to 1 of my wider, larger bucks and we'll see what she produces 2nd time around. She's been a good mom, just not great in the milk department.

Newbie announcement!

This is Breza's Cypress Hill. She's 8.4lbs at 5 months old and earning her spot here as a brood doe this summer. Out of Copper Ridge Ash and Breza's Aspen, she's a line in progress trying to fix sore hocks while maintaining this excellent fur and depth (we'll get to that hollow loin next haha)

👌 Progress over perfection. Cypress is bred to Jumping Jacks Huxley and I'm expecting another excellent generation to fly through next 🙏 Also hoping as she continues to grow quickly that her hocks will stay nice and dense like they are currently 🤞

The Nigerian boys had their hooves trimmed and got wrangled to summer pasture today. What a happy little dysfunctional family these 4 are 😂

Yes, we know there's garbage along that fence line that needs removing, this pasture is along the road and apparently chucking garbage out is just a thing these days 🙄 never-ending project.

5 fat beautiful Chestnuts 😍 Can't wait to see these babies grow out 🥰 Potentially they'll get shown at Farm Fair in November 🤞🙏

Can't get a better Mother's Day gift than 1 of my home produced babies excelling at this weekend's show 🥰

News like this makes all the blood, sweat and tears and years of pairings and culling until it hurts way worth it 🙏

Thanks to Breza Homestead & Rabbitry for Earl Grey, who got best opposite of breed twice at the shows this weekend! And even scored best of best opposite on Saturday! He’s such a sweet boy and I’m glad I got him!!

I am not a chick/chicken/flappy bird person.

But my mother is and we share a farm, so these things happens.

They're kinda cute...sorta. At this age.

I'm excited for chicken in the freezer in 10 weeks though! 🙌
