Reason for Visit: Allergies

History:
Owner reports that Shorty has been experiencing signs consistent with allergies, including itching, licking paws, and possible skin irritation. Symptoms have been ongoing for awhile now and may be seasonal or food-related. Shorty was such a good boy for his appointment today at Georgian Animal Hospital😍and because he is one of our staff pets he got to hang out with us all day!!!. I think the staff enjoyed his visit more then he did hahaha 🥰.

Objective:

Physical exam to check for signs of allergic dermatitis or secondary infections

Review diet and environment for potential allergens

Possible diagnostic testing (skin scrape, cytology, allergy testing, etc.)

Plan:

Recommend antihistamines or other medications as needed

Discuss possible hypoallergenic diet trial

Provide follow-up instructions and schedule recheck if necessary

🐾🐶 Big Adventure for a Little Pup! 🐶🐾

Today our tiny but mighty Mouse had a trip to the vet! 🩺💉 At just a few pounds, she came in Mom's arms in like she owned the place—tail wagging, ears perked, and full of curiosity (and maybe a little sass 😄).

She was such a brave girl during her check-up, winning hearts and treats from the clinic staff. The vet says she’s in great health—just needed one of her toe nails check out, a few cuddles. 💕

We’re so proud of our little Mouse! Even the smallest paws leave the biggest paw prints on our hearts. 🐾❤️
