Jojo!
When I think back to where we were when he first started coming for grooming. It's amazing the progress we've made.

Jojo came to me as a recommendation from his previous groomer, due to his intense behavior issues. Thanks to his mom following my directions and advice, and him coming for routine visits. This guy no longer does:
*alligator rolls
*fights every step of the way
* stopped trying to bite me for everything
*stopped fighting in the tub and during the dry time.

Jojo used to have 6-hour appointments, over time through trust-building bonding, and training he was finished. 1.5 hours today!
I've been working with Jojo for 3 years now and we have made some amazing progress. This wouldn't have been possible without his mom's dedication to appointments.

He now:
-Gives me kisses
-Enjoys tub time
-Dry time is a huge success until it comes time to dry his head but even that has improved drastically
-Enjoys the snuggles and small play time we do.

Does he still tell me when he doesn't like his feet touched? Yes.
Does he still have the odd off day that results in a little longer appointment time? Also yes.

I do not believe in fighting with dogs and forcing them through services. I believe your dog and I are coworkers and need to work together for the best experience possible. I do believe in keeping them for an extra couple of moments to have that snuggle time and play time. It's how we bond. It's how we build trust.
My passion for this comes from owning rescues and working within a rescue. So all the misunderstood dogs are understood by me and their space is respected. ❤️

Now, that's out of the way.
CLIENTS!
I offer comfortable "vacation" pet sitting for your dog. I'll admit I'm not the best at keeping my phone on me when I am busy doing fun things with your dogs (and my own). But here, I love dogs with my whole heart. Yours, mine, the ones I see on the streets, or in stores. You get the point.

I'm an eccentric dog mom. Luxury beds fun nutritional meals (only what you provide unless I have permission to give other stuff).
Here your dog is treated just like my own. They sleep in the bedroom with me (I have multiple dog beds in here). They get to go out on hikes swimming. Run in the field with a long line attached. We play fetch in the yard and have chill quiet chew time inside.
All the fun without the kennel stress!

Dogs are the best things in the world. And not only do I have an obsession to ensure they get the best of the best. But the whole reason I started to offer this service is because I know how daunting it is to leave your animals in a kennel and with someone you may not necessarily trust.

At my house.
I feed my dogs from the heart. With winter on the rise and temperatures dropping below. I can't help but wonder what if our companions would like a warm meal in their bellies as well.

Scrambled eggs are just one of the many things I do in my house to keep my dogs warm healthy and happy.

Yes, there are a lot of eggs here but I do feed 6 dogs. These eggs also have a bit of garlic in them.
Yes, my dogs get garlic.
No it's not toxic like we were made to think it is. There are plenty of processed foods *kibble* that contain garlic. And you can also find this ingredient on the back of some treats too.

Miss Macey went from looking like an old man to a lady again. Well, I tried.
No Mom didn't cut her hair like back in the olden days and the bowl slipped and that's what happened.
She had surgery to have a fairly large lump removed. This lump was unsightly and caused complications at home as well for grooming.

Did you know I worry just as much as you do when I know my clients are facing upcoming surgeries? It means a lot to me that you guys inform me and keep me updated on such events in their lives.


Thank you for being amazing as always and providing not only me and my family with the best care possible but also the clients I recommend your way. You guys are the best! As always.

Mr copper.
Some of y'all may know him already! Since this is kinda like a second home for him.

Copper has been in my life for a long time.
Copper and I met when he was just a wee pup of about 2 months old when he first started coming for boarding and we have been best friends ever since. He is my sidekick he comes everywhere with me and I have definitely become HIS person.

I have been his caregiver for the big stuff like grooming and boarding offering him the best vacation I can. He is a part of my family and I love him a lot.

P.S. His parents own an amazing bakery called maybe you've heard of it! I highly recommend stopping in there for some special snacks fresh bread and seeing what other goodies she has to offer.
