We do everything we can to support pets and the people who love them, but animals are still falling through the cracks. Pets are going without essential veterinary care or being surrendered when no other option is available.
These are animals like Niko, a sweet cat who slipped outdoors and came back home limping. At the shelter, we were able to closely monitor her and provide the care she needed to recover. Her story shows why families need access to an affordable veterinary option before surrender becomes an animal’s only path to care.
Right now, we are set up to care for and rehome the hundreds of homeless animals who need us every day. But to help more animals – we need your support. To provide accessible veterinary care for owned pets requires veterinary appointments, treatment space, dedicated staffing, funding, and ongoing follow-up care.
That level of support simply isn’t possible today. But with your help, there is a future where a stronger safety net is possible.
