Sasha was brought to the OHS after being found wandering outdoors lost and alone.

Sasha was having trouble opening one of her eyes. Our veterinarians carefully examined her and discovered the eye was injured and smaller than normal.

To secure a happy, healthy future for Sasha, our veterinarians removed her eye. We’re happy to share that Sasha is now on the road to recovery and is receiving the rest, love and attentive care she needs to heal.

15-year-old Max was brought to the OHS as a stray but thanks to his microchip, we were able to reunite him with the family who had been anxiously searching for him all night. ❤️

Microchips help provide permanent identification that make it easier to reunite lost pets with their families.

Meet Shutterfly! She's a two-year-old kitty looking for her loving forever home, ideally without dogs. She's an affectionate and playful girl who may take a bit of time to come out of her shell but once she's comfortable, she's a total love bug! She enjoys playing with cat wand toys, relaxing with her favourite people and soaking up all the love, attention and scritches she deserves.
