Losing a pet is an emotional journey - there are local resources that can help. ❤️

Grief comes in many forms, including the loss of a beloved pet 💛

Join us for our Journey Through Grief event, a supportive space to honour and remember the animals who meant so much to us.

On Tuesday, May 26, from 10am-12pm, St. Joseph's Hospice of London will be hosting an event entitled: Journey Through Grief: Pet Loss. This event is designed to support individuals who have lost a beloved pet. This session will also support individuals who have lost a service animal.

This event will also be offered as a hybrid session using Microsoft Teams.

This June at the Dorchester Fairgrounds - great opportunity to volunteer and have a great weekend watching agility dogs do their thing !!! It is going to be a fun weekend !!!!!

Nothing says Happy Easter like a tick being found on your sister's dog at brunch. This is a deer tick. Luckily he is on his NexGard so no worries for the dog but YUCK !!!! He also has a fairly thick coat but this little guy was finding his way through. Don't Forget your tick prevention !!!

We will be closed this Easter Long Weekend !!! Looks like some warm weather finally on its way. We are closed Friday and Saturday but will be back to regular hours on Monday. Birch Pointer Puppy getting into the Easter Vibe. Now to keep him from getting into any chocolate !!!

We will be closed this long weekend for Family Day. So regular hours on Thursday and Friday and then closed for Saturday and Monday. Looks like we will be getting some warmer weather !!!

Hours Change for Friday and Saturday .......

We have some staff away at a Continuing Education Conference this Friday and Saturday. For Friday we will be open Noon to 6 PM for food and medication pick ups - no appointments available. And Saturday we will be closed. Back to regular hours on Monday. These learning opportunities are a great way for us to learn what is new and what is going on in the veterinary industry. Sadly I am not able to go but the Registered Veterinary Technicians will be having all the fun this year.
