DOG MATH: Dogs need a lot of sleep - around 14-16 hours a day. And puppies need even more. As a result, most dogs are only awake around 8 hours a day. What does this mean? We need to make the most of our time together when they're awake 🐾❤️

DOGS GRAZE - and that's ok 👍🏽 Did you know? Dogs aren't strictly carnivorous. While the bulk of their diet should be animal protein and fats, they can safely eat fruit, vegetables, and whole grains. Grazing is a natural activity that dogs do to help their digestion. Only a small percentage of dogs will 🤮 after grazing - and this helps their digestion too. Just make sure they aren't grazing anywhere pesticides have been used. Happy grazing!

This suave gentleman is Kodi. Born without hearing and only limited vision - yet neither slows him down. He's an affectionate lovebug who loves going for walks. We take care of Kodi and his dog-sister Popcorn and always look forward to next time. Their human family is amazing too. They've fostered 29 dogs! 🐕

At DoggoDoggo we have a FreeDog Philosophy. Dogs live such short lives and we believe they should feel FREE as much as possible. One aspect of our philosophy is off leash. There's a time and a place for on leash. But our dogs deserve to run free, to sniff freely, and to feel free. The bonus? It's a lot more fun and relaxing for you too. When I take our dogs on off leash hikes, I get to enjoy nature! 🍁 Enjoy this video of chatty crows! Caw-CAW! 🐦‍⬛

SUCH A HAPPY FEELING taking care of a new pup for the first time. Here's Annie the Sheep-a-Doodle watching Chris prepare her dinner. Now there's a lot of crunching and munching as all the dogs eat together.

Allow me to introduce ourselves! Maybe you're new here or haven't stopped by in a while. DoggoDoggo, our tiny local dog care business, is my husband Chris J Chris Beynon and me, Kat van Groove.

The DoggoDoggo Dog Pack
Our dog pack includes two highly social doggos named Rocco and Gretchen. It's amazing how quickly new dogs can relax with us when they see Rocco and Gretchen getting lots of love. ❤️ When we're taking care of your doggo we make them feel like a part of the pack.

Our home and yard
Our home may be cozy (small!) but it's dog-friendly. We've got older couches and fuzzy blankets and dog beds and toys. Only single-ingredient wheat-free treats. Several clean water dishes filled with cool water. And feeding time is done safely and calmly. We have a large securely fenced backyard and we live in an area with lots of dog neighbours.

DoggoDoggo Dog Care Services
We offer daycare while you're in the office or at the job site and overnight boarding while you're away - whether for a night, a weekend, or a week (and beyond.)

Our niche?
We welcome all ages and breeds of dogs, from puppies to seniors. We can administer medication and follow any regular or healing routine. We have a special place in our hearts for dogs with special needs eg senior dogs, dogs with disabilities like deafness or blindness, etc. We love them all!

Is your dog a DoggoDoggo dog?
They must be
• spayed or neutered (with the exception of young pups)
• up to date on their essential vaccinations eg rabies
• non-reactive around toys, treats, and food

The DoggoDoggo Mission and Goal
Our mission is to take great of your dog(s). Our vision is to send them home happy and tired.
