🐾 Weekend Tails: Bimbo & Ginger Edition! 🐶✨

It was a busy and beautiful weekend with some adorable four-legged clients!

✨ Meet Bimbo — a handsome Golden Retriever who brought not one, but TWO stuffed toys on his walk to help soothe his excitement 🧸🧸💕 His parents were out of town and he was staying with a neighbor, so I was honored to take him on his very first walk with me! We made plenty of shady stops and had water breaks under the trees 🌳💦— and yes, I carried his beloved toys back for him. 😂

🐕‍🦺 Then there’s Ginger — a sweet pandemic dog who gets two walks a week and had a special drop-in visit this weekend. Her mom requested a bit of social time with another dog, so my Doodle, Phoenix, tagged along 🐾. While Ginger’s main focus was definitely on me (🥰), she tolerated Phoenix like a true polite queen. Baby steps! 💛

These little moments make every visit unique—and every wag,totally worth it.

In Loving Memory of Toro🙏

Bark and Stride pet services learned of the passing of Toro, a beloved English Bulldog to his family for 15 wonderful years. While the typical life expectancy for his breed is around 8 years, Toro defied the odds and brought joy to everyone around him.🐶🏡

As I cared for Toro and his sister, his warm greetings as he hopped off his bed to greet me were a testament to his loving spirit. 😘💫

Dogs truly are angels on earth, and Toro was no exception. My deepest condolences to you, Christine. I look forward to continuing to care for your animals in the future, honoring the memory of Toro. 😇

Rest in peace, sweet boy. You will be dearly missed.✨

I waited in line this week at Pet Valu for about 60 mins for nail trimming. And yes, I arrived early and so did about 10 others. Ha!

Had I known I could have avoided the line up and the wait time, I would have gone to The Humane Society of Kitchener Waterloo!
