Bitzy wanted to remind everyone on our Long Weekend Closure. We will be OPEN this Saturday May 17th. Dr. Trimble will be in Hospital from 9am-4pm. Cuteness overload yesterday🥰🐾 Lily and Ginny came in for their annual wellness and Vaccine updates. Our team could not get enough of the ‘purse’ puppies!

Our girl Bitz has been checking out the new renovations. She said the Dental suite is looking great! Maybe Bitzy is volunteering for a Dental😆

As we still work through our renovations our next phase is starting soon. As of Monday May 5th our reception will be going under renovations.

That being said we will be moving to curbside ONLY for roughly about two weeks until further notice. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We will be sending out so email soon with further information on our curbside process. We can’t wait for you all to see our new clinic!

Hop-itty-hop Easter is just around the corner 🐣🐰

Last week we had the pleasure of neutering two out of the three bunnies (as one bunny happened tones female and not a male bunny as previously expected ) ❤️

Many of you might not know but our team works with a rabbit rescue here in Kelowna. We help out Tracs , Tracs is always there to help out all rabbits❤️

With Easter almost here this is a reminder that rabbits can live up to 10 to12 years. Rabbits also require a very strict diet. It’s also very important to note if you think a rabbit would be a good fit for your family household, to ensure they do get spayed or neutered. Rabbits have a very high reproductive rate.

Peek a Boo our doors are OPEN again!!!

We are excited to let our clients and patients know we are back open to our regular hours. Big thank you to everyone who has supported us through our closure.

With that being said we are still under renovations. Our team is working hard to make things work for our clients. It is still fairly loud at some points during the day. If your pet struggles with loud noises we ask you to inform us of this, that way we can book when the construction team is wrapping up for the day or when they have left or supply some oral medication to help remove the stress or anxiety your furry family member might feel from the loud noises. We apologize for this.

Our girl Bitz still enjoying her vacation ❤️

On that note! This is our last day of closure whooooaaa!!! Our clinic door will be back OPEN to our regular hours Monday March 31st. We again wanted to say a big thank you to our clients for understanding our closure. We are looking forward to giving some reno updates! We will also be OPEN Saturday April 5th Dr. Trimble will be in hospital from 9am-4pm. We hope you all have a wonderful weekend.

If you’re wondering why you haven’t seen posts about or clinic kitty Bitzy, we thought we’d give you a quick update!
As our clinic undergoes renovations we thought it would be safest for Bitzy to be cared for elsewhere.
Don’t worry, she is living her best life at one of our staff members homes. There, she has a dog, cat and rat companion! She is happy and healthy, but can’t wait to return to our clinic once renovations are completed.

Renovations Reminder:

We will be CLOSING early tomorrow Friday March 14 at 4pm. We apologize for the inconvenience. Our doors will then be CLOSED from Saturday March 15-Sunday March 30.

Our limited team will be answering phone calls and emails during this time of closure from 8:00-5:30. We will do special food orders (small bags ONLY) and prescription refills for only a few hours each day. **We will require 24 hours notice for refills**

We will only be curb side to bring you your prescriptions or food orders. We will have some limited telemedicine and virtual appointments available with Dr. Woodward and Dr. Mul.

We want to say a BIG Thank you to our wonderful clients and patients for understanding ❤️ our team is looking forward to some much needed updates.
