What an incredible week it’s been! 💙🐴

I’ve had the privilege of meeting some truly wonderful horses this week for their dry salt therapy sessions. I didn’t manage to snap a photo at every appointment (I got too caught up enjoying my time with each horse!), but I just wanted to say how grateful I am to everyone who welcomed me into their barns.

One of my favourite parts has been seeing how every horse is completely different. Some are curious, some are cautious, some relax almost immediately, and some take a little time to figure out what this funny-looking mask is all about! Watching their individual personalities shine through has been such a joy.

No two horses have been the same, but every single one has been kind, patient, and so incredibly sweet to work with. It reminds me why I love what I do.

Thank you to everyone who has trusted me with your horses. I’m so excited to continue meeting more amazing horses and supporting their respiratory health through mobile equine dry salt therapy.

I can’t wait to see what next week brings! 💙✨

💗💙 My heart goes out to everyone affected by the wildfire smoke and evacuations. It’s been heartbreaking to see how hard it’s been on both people and animals.

If your horse is coughing or struggling with the poor air quality, remember that the most important things are fresh water, minimizing dust, and following your veterinarian’s advice if your horse is having difficulty breathing.

As many of you know, I also offer mobile dry salt therapy through Boujee Blue Barn. While it’s not a substitute for veterinary care, it may be a wellness option for some horses recovering from smoke exposure or managing ongoing respiratory irritation.

If anyone has questions about the service, or even just wants to chat about ways to help keep their horses comfortable during this smoky period, please don’t hesitate to reach out. Stay safe, everyone. 💙
