Baby quail! This hatch didnt turn out the greatest but I tried a dry hatch. I guess we won't do that again

We had a bit of a tragedy here last evening. I came home to find 2 dogs in my yard harassing the rabbits I have in outdoor hutches. Sadly one of these was our favorite doe Spotty and her 8wk old babies. While the several rabbits have injured toes, spotty we believe has a broken back. She was a doe that woukd take on other babies and even nurse a rock if you gave it to her lol. Im so angry I wasnt here sooner and im so angry at unresposible dog owners.

We dont just do veggies on our little farm. We also start trees and shrubs! Mostly native to our area. I just got 36 eastern white cedars into pots. I collected these seeds in the fall and did a cold stratification. Its a process but so satisfying when its successful
