Meet Monty! ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’™

4 month old Monty came in to see Dr. Lindsay for his puppy check up and vaccines! This tiny guy had one of the BIGGEST personalities and kept everyone smiling during his visit. ๐Ÿฅน

Montyโ€™s favorite thing in the whole world? His beloved Lamb Chop stuffy, of course! We loved meeting this sweet little guy and watching him show off his adorable charm.

Growing puppies like Monty benefit from regular wellness exams and vaccines to help keep them healthy, happy, and protected as they grow. ๐Ÿฉบ๐Ÿถ

๐Ÿฉบ Tick-borne diseases are something we are seeing more frequently, and this SNAP 4Dx test is a reminder of just how important prevention can be. One of our patients recently tested positive for Lyme disease, Anaplasmosis, and Ehrlichia โ€” three different tick-borne illnesses.

This patient came in showing symptoms including:
โ€ข Lethargy
โ€ข Weakness
โ€ข Decreased appetite
โ€ข Not wanting to drink

Thankfully, testing helped us get answers quickly so treatment could begin. ๐Ÿ’š

Ticks are active in our area and can transmit serious diseases to pets, even from a single bite. Keeping your dog on consistent flea/tick prevention and staying up to date with annual Lyme/4Dx testing are some of the best ways to protect them.

Signs of tick-borne illness can include:
๐Ÿพ Tiredness or weakness
๐Ÿพ Loss of appetite
๐Ÿพ Fever
๐Ÿพ Joint pain or limping
๐Ÿพ Swollen lymph nodes

If your pet seems โ€œoffโ€ or youโ€™ve found ticks on them recently, donโ€™t hesitate to give us a call. Prevention and early detection truly make a difference! ๐Ÿถ๐Ÿฉบ

Sweet Pete came in to see Dr. Grace. At just 3 months old, Pete is already stealing hearts (and apparently socks too ๐Ÿ˜‚). We loved meeting this handsome golden boy and canโ€™t wait to watch him grow! ๐Ÿถโœจ

Pete left with Simparica Trio to help keep him protected from fleas, ticks, heartworm, and intestinal parasites ๐Ÿพ๐Ÿ’™

๐ŸŽ‰ Happy 13th Birthday, Annie!! ๐ŸŽ‰
Sweet Annie celebrated her 13th birthday today and she looked absolutely adorable in her birthday outfit! ๐Ÿฅณ๐Ÿ’–

Annie comes to see us for laser therapy to help keep her feeling her very best, and we just adore her silly, sweet personality. She always brings smiles to our team and brightens everyoneโ€™s day the moment she walks through the door. ๐Ÿพ

Happy Birthday to a very special girl โ€” we hope your day is filled with treats, cuddles, and all the love you deserve! ๐ŸŽ‚๐Ÿ’•
