Hello everyone:)

Many already know but for those who don't, Steph has joined me in the shop.
Steph is doing pretty well all the grooming while my wrist heal .

With another groomer in the shop we will be open to new customers:)

I just want to start with thanking all of my lovely loyal customers 🥰
As many of you know i have had a very rough year
Between losing ALOT of customers dogs and losing 3 of my own dogs this year its been emotional
Ontop of all the heartache I severely hurt my back, I was not able to walk for 2 days .
Alot of customers left because I have been asking alot of rescheduling this year. This was not a " i want today off so im not going in" i had to do alot rescheduling for myself having migraines and time off for my back as well as trying to make appointments work for people with medical appointments or work .
I am very thankful for everyone who has stuck with me this year 🥰
Unfortunately, now, due to breaking my wrist i am off again 😪
I am looking for another groomer to help out for the time being

If you DO NOT show up to your grooming appointment with out any notice . You will be charged 50% of the grooming cost

There has been way to many no show appointment lately.
I can not fill those spaces and keep everyone else on schedule

I hope everyone is doing ok with the power out and all the trees down.
Unfortunately, with the power out, I will not be open
As soon as power is restored, I will be back to work.
I will try and get everyone back on schedule as fast as possible

I do not have any service at home.
