Due to the ridiculous heat, the horses have unanimously voted to cancel riding lessons today… and hit the beach instead!

They’ve traded saddles for sunglasses, horseshoes for flip-flops, and hay for piña coladas (virgin, of course). Don’t worry, they promised to be back once their manes are sun-kissed and their hooves are sand-free! 😎

Stay cool everyone and we will see you back in the saddle as soon as this heat breaks!

Due to the surface-of-the-sun temperatures today, all horse programs are CANCELLED. Our horses voted unanimously for extra fans, popsicles, and absolutely no saddles.

To all the dads out there — the hay-haulers, fence-fixers, boot-wearers, and trailer-back-uppers — today we salute you! 🧡

You may not always know which end of the horse is which (don’t worry, neither does Uncle Bob), but you show up with snacks, bad jokes, and a willingness to hold the lead rope while pretending you’re not terrified. 💪😅

Thanks for being the silent heroes of the barn... and for pretending you meant to step in that pile of you-know-what.

🦷🐴 DENTIST DAY AT THE BARN! 🐴🦷

Today’s the day the horses found out what really happens when you don’t floss. 😬💥

The equine dentist rolled up like the tooth fairy’s tougher cousin, and let’s just say… our horses were not ready for the annual “open wide and say neigh” experience. 😆

There was dramatic side-eye, suspicious snorts.

But now everyone’s got fresh, floaty smiles and breath that’s only mildly hay-flavored. 😄💨
We are always thankful for our amazing team of vets and vet techs at the Walkerton Equine Clinic ❤️ They keep our therapy ponies happy and healthy

🌟 It’s Wednesday, and Laramise said NEIGH to giving up. 🐴💪

Halfway through the week and still trotting like a majestic legend. Laramise didn’t wake up today to be average—he woke up to gallop dramatically into his destiny (and maybe knock over a feed bucket or two for emphasis). ✨

Remember:
If you're tired, take a trot.
If you're stressed, flip your mane.
If someone says you can’t, neigh LOUDER.

Be like Laramise: elegant, unstoppable, slightly overdramatic, and powered by snacks and sheer attitude.
