The day has finally come.. ANDY IS OFFICIALLY ADOPTED! 🎉

We couldn't be happier to share the good news that earlier this week our sweet boy Andy, who had been with us for 7 long months, has found his perfect match! ❤

After everything this poor boy has endured - from injuries, to surgeries, to multiple eye drops and medications, he FINALLY gets his fresh start and the chance at the loving home he so deserves!

It's been a long and tedious road of recovery for Andy, but all the hardships turned out to be worth it in the end! We will really miss this sweet, sassy and silly boy and can't wait to hear all the updates to come😄

We're in need of some more treat tubes again! 😻

Our current kitties have been steadily burning through our last stash and we're getting quite low - especially for their favorite Catit Creamy or Churu Chicken varieties! 🐔

These tubes are amazing for enrichment, medicating and helping build trust with shy kitties, and as you can tell from Freddy's adorable expressions below.. they're absolutely DELICIOUS! 🤤

Meet FREDDY! 🧡

This very special ginger boy is looking for love and is ready to find his perfect match!

Freddy came to us as a shy and very worried stray, desperately wanting love and connection, but not knowing how to trust yet. He had some conflicting emotions, however since then he's blossomed into one of the most cuddliest boys you'll ever meet!

From the moment you sit down, Freddy comes running up to wrap his arms around you for a loving hug, before flopping into your lap, to be coddled like a baby 🥹 The way he purrs, makes biscuits and gazes up at you like you're his safe space will surely melt your heart! When he's not asking for cuddles, he loves to let loose and play with his fav toys! 🐾

Although Freddy is a deeply affectionate boy, he's still quite sensitive and can get overstimulated at times. Because of this, he would do best in a calm, quiet and experienced home, without young kids. He also feels VERY strongly that he should be your only baby to spoil - so no other cats for this fella! ❌

A sweet update from our sweet, senior gal Charlotte!
Here's what her family had to say:

"She's been doing really well and is such a sweet and well-behaved girl! She actually prefers staying in random boxes rather than using her cat tree or nice bed 😆She also always stays by my side of my boyfriend's side when she naps. It's been really peaceful and relaxing having her around 🤍 Thanks again for coordinating such a wonderful adoption!"

We're so happy to hear she's been doing so well! Adopting a senior is always the most rewarding experience! 🥹

🐾SEEKING BARN HOMES! 🐾

We are currently looking for safe barn homes for a few unsocialized community cats we hope to TNR (Trap-Neuter-Relocate) in the near future. Before bringing them in, we'd love to have placement options lined up to minimize shelter stress!

These cats aren't suited for the indoor house cat life, but they still deserve a warm shelter and to be loved and cared for from afar 🥹In return, they often help keep rodent populations under control and make wonderful working cats! 🐀

If you or someone you know may be interested in giving some deserving kitties a chance at a safe outdoor home, contact the shelter for more information!
