Middle of summer where has it gone
Hot 🥵 hazy days and dried up lawns
Thinking I’ll start with my morning whizzz
Then find la Poofect spot fur shizzz,

Brown crispy grass
Sure tickles me ass
It ain’t ez being a dog
Going outside in the heat to drop a log 🪵,

Dodging robins 🐦 pulling worms 🐛
Flies feast’n on f***s & eat’n germs 🦠
Look’n at me like a piece of meat 🥩
waiting fur fresh turdeos to drop at their feet,

I think it 🐝 ez r being a mouse 🐁
No reason to leave cool 🆒 a/c & cozy house 🏠
Butt then again there’s that Siamese cat 🐱
One swat from his paw 🐾 and dat be that,

Guess I’ll stick to being a dog 🐕
Although Kermit’s got it made being-frog 🐸
Butt still that’s a slimy slippery slope
A date with a snake 🐍 not soooo dope,

Guess I’ll stick to day drink’n 🍹
