We believe there’s a big difference between raising puppies as a passion versus producing puppies as a volume business. ❤️🐾
We are a small breeder of carefully planned litters and pairings. We do not breed unless we have a reservation list in place, meaning every puppy is intentionally and thoughtfully brought into the world for families who are already excited and prepared to welcome them home. This is why, unless we have a larger than expected litter or an unexpected cancelation we normally don't have puppies available.
Because we keep our program small, our dogs are truly part of our family, even when living in a Guardian home. Our future moms come to spend time with us whether its for visits and grooming or when their family is on holidays — not part of a large kennel operation. Our dogs and puppies are raised in our home with daily socialization, individual attention, enrichment, and love. This allows us to focus on quality care, healthy development, and excellent temperaments.
We also deeply care about where our puppies are going. Finding the right homes matters to us, which is why you won’t see us advertising puppies on platforms like Kijiji or Craigslist. We believe our puppies deserve carefully matched, committed families who value responsible breeding and lifelong companionship.
Health testing is another important part of our program. Our parent dogs are fully health tested through OFA for hips, elbows, cardiac, and patellas, along with comprehensive DNA testing to help ensure we are producing the healthiest puppies possible.
For us, breeding is never about quantity — it’s about raising healthy, well-socialized puppies with love, intention, and responsibility from day one. Watching our puppies bring joy, companionship, and love to their families is truly why we do this. 🐶💕
