Winds gusting to 60km didn't stop Odie from finding and flush at least a dozen Sharp tail Grouse and he retrieved five! What a day for Sharpies. The Grey partridge were like bullets in the wind though and we were beat a few times by them. We were tired and the dogs done as well by the end of the hunt. Awesome day with friends and dogs.

What a beautiful temperament on this little wind bent girl. Just as loving as I could ever want. A real people pleaser. She is going make someone very happy indeed. Violet is looking for her forever home. Would be awesome as a companion alone and bonus hunting buddy.

This is Odie and Patch. Odie is fully trained to the whistle and in trial mode and he was teaching the ropes to young patch who is looking for a forever home. Funny how the Odie picked up the pace and you could tell he was trying to impress the young Patch.
Patch picked a few pointers and we had a beautiful Sunday afternoon. Not much for pheasant at Buffalo but Odie did manage to put up and retrieve a nice Ruffy of this years hatch.

2 years has sure gone by quick as far as the dogs go. So lucky to have this quality in our breeding.
