Handsome Ace was in to have a hot spot treated 🐾❤️

Hot spots (also called acute moist dermatitis) are red, irritated areas on the skin that can appear quickly and cause a lot of discomfort. They’re often triggered by things like allergies, moisture trapped in the fur, insect bites, or even excessive licking/chewing. The good news is, with treatment, they usually heal up quickly and bring relief to your pet.

Ace was such a sweet boy for his visit, and we loved spending time with him! 🥰

She kept us smiling the whole time — “taking important calls” 📞, riding in style in her purse carrier 👛, and even showing off just how tiny she is by curling up in a drawer! 🥹

Our VA Savina’s adorable kittens, Mouse and Cheese, were in for their spay procedures 🐾❤️

These two lived up to their names — playful, loving, and happy to soak up all the attention while here. They did such a great job for their big day, and we’re so glad to have them as part of the CMVH family! 🥰

Hermes was snug as a bug during his dental cleaning 🦷🐾

Zelda came in for the first time this weekend so we could check out a little blood in her stool (caused by some inflammation from a food switch). Her brother, Link, came along for moral support — though he decided snuggles with dad were his specialty while his sister got checked out. 🐾❤️

These two share the sweetest bond! Zelda has one eye, Link has three legs, and together they’re proof that pets with disabilities are just as brave, loving, and full of personality as any other. Their parents have such a soft spot for these special souls — and it’s easy to see why. 😻

Like their video game namesakes, Link and Zelda are resilient, courageous, and absolutely unforgettable! 🥰⚔️

Sweet Freya was in for her patellar luxation surgery 🐾❤️

A patellar luxation happens when the kneecap slips out of place, which can cause discomfort and make it harder to walk or run. Surgery helps realign and stabilize the knee so pets can move more comfortably again.

Freya was such a lovely girl during her visit, and we’re wishing her the smoothest recovery! 🥰

Dobby was in for his dental cleaning! 🦷🐾

Greyhounds can be more prone to dental disease, so regular cleanings are extra important to keep their mouths healthy and comfortable. Preventive dental care helps reduce pain, infection, and keeps those smiles shining bright.
