🎉 Weight-Loss Success Story: Patch! 🎉

We’ve been working with Patch on a personalized weight-loss plan, and we’re so excited to share his progress!

Back in March, Patch started his journey at 7 kg. With a weight loss diet, consistency, proper nutrition, and lots of support from his dedicated parent, he’s now down to 6.35 kg — a fantastic and healthy improvement! 🐾💪

Maintaining a healthy weight is incredibly important for cats. It can help reduce the risk of diabetes, arthritis, heart disease, and other weight-related conditions. It also improves mobility, comfort, and overall quality of life — and Patch is already feeling the benefits! 💛

That’s a wrap on Pet Photos with Santa 2025!! Thank you so much to all who came out and made this night so exciting and successful. In a few short hours, we raised $1000 for our local cat rescue, Hearts to Homes. The clinic will also be matching a portion of the donations. A great night and a great cause. We are already looking forward to next year ☺️ 🎅🏼 🎄

✨ RVT Spotlight! ✨

🐾 Kayla has been an RVT for 3.5 years, and actually completed her highschool co-op here with us before attending Georgian College for the veterinary technician program.

🐾 Kayla's favourite part about her job is helping make each visit for every pet we see as stress free as possible with many different tricks she's learned over the years.

🐾 Kayla has a cat at home, Diamond who is 9yrs old. Kayla also loves to ski and play soccer, and enjoys going to concerts!

Meet Adamir! 🐾

He has been a technician for 2 years, and has just recently passed the VTNE to become a Registered Veterinary Technician! Way to go! 👏

🐶 His favourite part about being a technician is providing treatments to hospitalized patients in clinic
🐱 Fun fact: Adamir has started a 3D printing business on the side, and loves Shepherds!

🎉🐾 It's Veterinary Technician Month! 🐾🎉

🐱 Our vet techs do it all! They're caregivers, laboratory technicians, anesthetists, dental hygienists, x-ray heroes, and nutrition experts!

🐶 Today, we give a shout out to our newest RVT, Katie! She joined our team in March of this year, and has been providing excellent care to all the furry friends she has the pleasure of helping everyday! She enjoys collecting blood samples, and always jumps in to provide a helping hand. Her favourite dog breed is the Rotti!
