BKOC Objectives:
a) the encouragement and development of purebred dogs by collecting, preserving and publishing data, information and documents relating to purebred dogs;
b) encouraging the breeding of registered purebred dogs which are good specimens of their breeds;
c) promoting the interests of the owners of purebred dogs;
d) holding All-Breed Championship Shows, Obedience Trials and any other

event relating to the promotion of purebred dogs in accordance with the regulations and standards laid down by the Canadian Kennel Club;
e) co-operating with the Canadian Kennel Club;
f) co-operating with and assisting any other association or club having objectives in whole or in part similar to those of the Club;
g) promoting responsible dog ownership within the community;
h) the donation of a portion of each year's profits to worthy charities or dog-relate organizations

This year we are pleased to announce that all the all breed show rings are under the pavilion, out of the elements and the blazing sun

There is lots of camping space for set up and day parking as well. The camping sites have water hook up.
Separate camping form on the premium list.

No electricity but generators welcome.

We will be having BINGO Saturday night after the sanction match.
Chuck A Duck - Saturday before BIS.

We have a Boxer and Kuvasz Specialties along with Limited Breed shows for group 1,3,7 as well as the following boosters; Black Russian Terrier, Boxer, Doberman, Kuvasz and Labradors.

Entry to the show grounds is anytime after 3pm Aug 1.

And there is a great food truck this year for all 3 days.

This year we are pleased to announce that all rings are under the pavilion, out of the elements and the blazing sun

There is lots of camping space for set up and day parking as well. The camping sites have water hook up.
Separate camping form on the premium list.

No electricity but generators welcome.

CLOSING IN 2 DAY - JULY 18, 2025 at 8PM

Barrie Kennel and Obedience Club Inc.
has their annual show is Aug 2-4 at the Essa Agriplex 10 mins south of Barrie.

This year we are pleased to announce that all rings are under the pavilion, out of the elements and the blazing sun.

Lots going on this year. We are bringing back the 80/90’s vibe of BINGO on Sat night. Proceeds to Zone 4AJr Handling finals 2026

We will be having a raffle table for the cooler full of booze again.

We will also have a Zone 4A Jr Handling raffle table with lots of prizes with proceeds going to the junior zones 2026.

Saturday just before BIS we are having Chuck a Duck in support of our Zone 4A winner from this year.

There will be a great food truck on site for the weekend. Hamburgers, hotdogs, chicken and fries, poutine and lots more.

Remember we share the show site with the Draft Horse Show which you can also enjoy for your pleasure Sat and Sun.
