🎉Naming contest 🎉
Meet our newest sweethearts 💕🐾

These babies, born May 19th are new additions to our rescue.

They were found on a farm in Kinburn with a mama who’s still a kitten herself; who wasn’t feeding them.

Thanks to the quick action of MJ Brydges & Yolande Sketcher, these cats were brought into care and are currently nursing from a surrogate mama named Charlie with our friends at Valley Animal Rescue

Mama will be spayed to ensure this is her only litter and these little ones will know a better life!

These babies need names though! 😻

Our naming contest will run until June 1st.

Winner will be determined by most liked suggestions that will then be presented to our directors for a vote.

Meet Your Match Monday 😻

Meet Polly & Pascal, our dynamic duo because two is better than one!

Polly & Pascal are almost 8 month old siblings looking for their furever home together.

Pascal is a sweet and gentle kitten that enjoys human connection and is a little lovebug whereas Polly is sweet and snuggly on her own terms and for a limited time if she sees that someone is having fun without her. She hates to be left out.

They’re both playful kitties that love wand toys and crinkle balls and love to explore.

Polly’s claim to fame is that she’s a polydactyl whereas Pascal’s is that he has the most soothing purr and is very generous with sharing his sweet trills with you.
Both kitties are not a fan of being left alone and are dependent on each other; they love to sleep together and are partners in crime.

Looking for the purrfect duo to complete your family? Polly and Pascal might just be the ones for you 💕🐾

Meet Your Match Monday 😻

Meet Boots, an energetic 2 year old buddy!

Boots has energy for days; he loves playing with his toys, having zoomies and letting loose.

When he’s not being a little explorer, you can find him taking cozy naps in the sun, soaking up all that warm goodness.

Boots is very much a cats cat, he loves other kitties; so going to a home that has another cat is a must.

He is still a little shy and apprehensive with people so a home with patience to allow him to come out of his shell would be best for him

Our annual Garage Sale is coming up on June 6th & 7th at Pet Valu Arnprior as a part of their amazing Community Pet Event weekend 😻
But we need your help!

Have you been working on your spring cleaning purge, but aren’t sure what to do with your extra items?

Or have you been telling yourself you’ll make that trip to the donation centre, but there doesn’t seem to be enough time in the day?

Consider donating your items to our garage sales, where proceeds go directly towards cats in our care (paying down vet bills, providing the ability to intake new cats and kittens - allowing us to say yes to some of the requests we receive daily)

Pet Valu Carleton Place, you are amazing! 😻

Thank you for hosting us for our Caturday event today and thank you so much for your generous donations to our rescue.

The generosity of our community partners with their donations of food and supplies is a game changer for us.

This allows us to direct our fundraising initiatives towards paying down outstanding vet bills, which is crucial this time of year when the intake requests come in daily and kitten season is upon us.

Thank you so much, for giving us some peace of mind and keeping our kitties bellies full 💕🐾
